Some of you may remember awhile ago I posted that Cameron gave me a sewing machine for my birthday. I don't know how to sew but I wanted one so I could learn. I have not used it and Cameron keeps asking me when I am going to start sewing. Well today was the day. I pulled it out, read the manual and starting sewing. The end result was this blanket I made for my niece Anneka. I know it is probably the easiest thing to make but I was proud of myself. It is not at all perfect. As you can tell it is not completely straight but I think it is pretty good for my first sewing project. I can't wait to make more and try making other stuff. Fabric stores here I come!!
About Me
- Stacy and Cam
- Cameron and I were married December 28, 2007. I am working as a nurse on the pediatric and NICU floors at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. I love it!! Cameron is really busy working full-time as a patrol sergeant for a local police department where he is also assigned to the SWAT team. He also works in a local emergency room as as an EMT is currently in a graduate program pursuing his masters degree in public administration! Ty is our laid-back, content little guy! He loves to hang out with mom and dad! He also loves being outside running around, playing with other kids, and making mom and dad laugh!!

That is adorable! Nice job! The only thing I can sew are blankets & its usually just one or two big pieces of fabric.

Dear Stace,
I miss you. I think about you all the time and wonder how you are. I also have a sewing machine that is getting dusty. I have NO IDEA how to use it, but dream about making whatever I want. Maybe I will let you do all the work of figuring it out and then you can teach me the ropes. There has to be a way that we can meet up and see each other. I hope you are doing great.
So cute! I love it! Go Stace!
